Right of withdrawal

In the context of the law "Distance Selling" you as a consumer are entitled to a 'Right of Withdrawal' of at least 14 days after delivery of the product when making purchases via the internet. Within this period a product may be returned without stating reasons, whereby you are responsible for the postage costs of the return shipment. You can:

  • Return the product within 14 days of receipt without prior notice, or
  • Notify us of the revocation (notification) within 14 days of receipt and then return the product within 14 days of that notification.

Thank you for your purchase at Laaginprijs.nl. We hope you are happy with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return your products within 14 days of delivery. You can arrange this quickly and easily by clicking here.

Return period : You have 14 days to return your package, starting from the day you received the package. Please note that the return shipment must have reached us within these 14 days.

Return Policy : All returned items must be in unworn, unwashed, resaleable condition with all tags attached. Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Depreciation

By law, you are responsible for any diminished value of the product if this is caused by a way of handling the product that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. This means that you should only try the product out as you would in a shop.

If the product is damaged or has signs of use that result in a reduction in value, this reduction in value can be up to 100%. This means that the refund may be reduced based on the degree of reduction in value that has occurred. These damages will be assessed by our team.

REMARK :
We do not offer refunds for sale items. These products can only be exchanged for another item from our collection or exchanged for store credit.

Return Costs : Returns are at your own expense and may vary depending on the carrier and country of shipment.

Returns processing time : As soon as you indicate that you want to exchange a product when registering your return, we will start working on it immediately. This helps us ensure that your exchange can be completed quickly. We do our utmost to process returns as quickly as possible. After receiving your return at our warehouse, we will usually process it within 10 working days. You can track the status of your return with the track & trace that you receive with your return shipment. After processing, you will receive a message about the refund, which can take up to 3 days before it is visible on your account.

What can I do if my exchange product is no longer available?
Please contact our customer service team for the possibilities. We will inform you when the product is back in stock. If you have already made your return and the product is sold out, we will contact you to find a solution together.

Where can I find my order number to register my return?
Your order number can be found in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. This is a five-digit code. If you cannot find this email, our customer service will be happy to help you.

What should I do if a product is delivered defective or damaged?
It is possible that a product is damaged during shipping or production. Please contact us via info@laaginprijs.nl with a photo of the problem. Our customer service will work with you as soon as possible to find a solution.

What should I do if I want to return my order outside the return period?
Please ensure your return is sent within 14 days before the period expires. If this is not possible, we offer the option to exchange the product for a replacement or a credit note. Please contact our customer service team for the possibilities.
