What is the delivery time of my order?
With each item we give an indication of the delivery time so that you know how long it takes on average. The exact delivery time of your order depends on the delivery service, the shipping option and the chosen delivery time. We strive to process your order the same day and send it with the delivery service. Please note that, despite our efforts, unforeseen circumstances can affect the delivery time. The average delivery time will be 5-10 working days.
What shipping options are available?
Because Laaginprijs.nl is an online webshop, we only offer the option for: Home delivery .
Maybe in the future we can also welcome you in a physical store :)
Which countries do you ship to?
We only deliver in the Netherlands.
Do you also deliver to the islands?
Yes, we also deliver to the Islands / Wadden Islands.
Can I choose a delivery time for my order?
Unfortunately not possible at this time. This will be offered in the future.
How can I track my order?
We will keep you informed about the status of your order by email. We do this from the moment you place an order until the moment you receive your order. In addition, you will receive a track & trace from the delivery service by email.
Can I change the delivery address of my order?
Whether you can change the delivery address depends on the delivery service that delivers your order. PostNL Via 'change delivery' in the Track & Trace of PostNL it is possible to change the delivery address to a pick-up point. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your home address. If your order is already too far in the delivery process, it is unfortunately no longer possible to change the delivery. Please contact our customer service to change your delivery address.
What should I do if I am not at home at the time of delivery?
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, your order will be delivered to your neighbours, taken to the nearest collection point or taken back for a new delivery attempt. If you know in advance that you will not be home, you can (depending on the delivery service) change your delivery address.
How long will my order remain at a pick-up point?
Your order will remain at a pick-up point for one week.

Please check that the zip code and tracking number are correct on the carrier's website. It can take up to 24 hours for the link to be active. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service . Please have your order number at hand so that we can help you quickly.
I have not received anything, but my Track & Trace indicates that I have?
Did you not receive your order, but the Track & Trace indicates that you did? Then wait a few hours or until the next day. It is possible that the order will still be delivered. Also check with your neighbors and/or at a nearby PostNL point. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service . We will then contact the carrier. Please note that it may take a week or longer.
